Assignment Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead and structure the project through the final feasibility study phase
- Drive planning, governance, and execution of the transformation initiative
- Develop decision-support material for future platform selection
- Coordinate activities across business units, IT teams, and external suppliers
- Ensure alignment between operational requirements and technical solutions
- Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple departments
- Lead change management activities and support organizational readiness
- Define project governance, delivery plans, and reporting structures
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints
- Ensure integration requirements with Finance and HR systems are considered
- Facilitate workshops, evaluations, and decision-making processes
- Support procurement, vendor assessment, and solution evaluation activities
- Establish a clear roadmap for future implementation phases
- Drive project progress and ensure timely delivery of key milestones
- Create structure and continuity in a dynamic and evolving environment
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading business-critical transformation or system implementation projects
- Strong background working across business operations, processes, and IT
- Experience leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational transformation
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and data flows
- Ability to combine strategic leadership with technical understanding
- Experience establishing governance frameworks and project structures
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience producing executive-level decision support materials
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives forward
