We are looking for an Agile Team Lead
What You Will Work On
- Lead and support a cross-functional Agile delivery team
- Foster a collaborative, healthy, and high-performing team culture
- Promote Agile principles, continuous learning, and continuous improvement
- Support planning, estimation, prioritization, and delivery activities
- Coordinate dependencies across squads, teams, and stakeholders
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, retrospectives, and refinement sessions
- Drive improvements in operational processes and ways of working
- Support incident management and operational excellence initiatives
- Lead and coordinate teams during major incidents and critical situations
- Facilitate postmortem reviews and root cause analysis activities
- Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Monitor team performance, delivery progress, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Help teams navigate ambiguity, change, and organizational complexity
- Support effective communication and stakeholder alignment across the organization
What You Bring
- Proven experience as an Agile Team Lead, Scrum Master, or similar leadership role
- Hands-on experience leading peers within large-scale Agile environments
- Strong track record of delivering successful projects and initiatives
- Experience building and maintaining healthy, high-performing teams
- Experience working in software development and digital product environments
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Experience facilitating collaboration across business and technology teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating complex deliveries across multiple teams
- Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty, and organizational change
- Strong conflict resolution and facilitation skills
- Structured and organized approach to planning and execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
