We are looking for an experienced Test Leader
What You Will Work On
Scrum Master Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team in accordance with Agile principles and frameworks such as SAFe
- Coach team members in resolving daily challenges and removing impediments
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster effective collaboration and delivery
- Support continuous improvement within the team and development processes
Testing & Verification Responsibilities
- Perform complete vehicle integration testing from a system-level perspective
- Verify electrical systems and integrated vehicle functionality
- Execute integration testing for both new and existing features
- Participate in the full testing lifecycle, including:
- Test planning
- Test leadership
- Test execution
- Fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Validate functionality using SIL/HIL testing environments
- Contribute to the improvement of test methods, processes, and test environments
- Support verification and validation activities to ensure product quality and reliability
- Investigate test deviations and perform root cause analysis
What You Bring
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
- Experience in Verification and Validation (V&V) activities
- Hands-on experience with testing, troubleshooting, and fault analysis
- Python programming experience
- Strong understanding of software testing and system verification processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to coach and support team members in an Agile environment
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
