Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant
What You Will Work On
- Analyze current authorization and access management processes across multiple data platforms
- Identify risks and inefficiencies related to application-centric authorization models
- Define requirements for a unified and enterprise-wide authorization solution for data consumption
- Conduct investigations and gap analyses related to access governance and data management
- Develop target-state processes and governance frameworks for data access management
- Establish a Target Operating Model (TOM) for modern data platforms
- Define roles, responsibilities, and ownership across the data lifecycle
- Clarify governance for data ingestion, data consumption, and lifecycle management
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions across business and technical domains
- Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear documentation and recommendations
- Drive process improvement and governance initiatives
- Produce requirement specifications, analysis reports, process descriptions, and implementation recommendations
- Support the transition from investigation phase to implementation activities
What You Bring
- Extensive experience within Banking and Financial Services
- Strong background in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, and Investigative Assignments
- Long-term experience within Data Management and Data Governance
- Strong understanding of authorization management, access control, and related governance frameworks
- Experience working with modern data platforms in both cloud and on-premises environments
- Proven experience in process improvement and organizational change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and driving consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent documentation and requirement management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive assignments from analysis through recommendation
