Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Cleanroom Specialist

What You Will Work On

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cleanroom and HVAC projects
Ensure cleanroom facilities comply with GMP requirements and relevant ISO standards
Support new installations, upgrades, and cleanroom modification projects
Perform cleanroom qualification and validation activities
Execute and support:
- Installation Qualification (IQ)
- Operational Qualification (OQ)
Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
Review, document, and follow up on technical solutions
Manage deviations, investigations, and change control activities
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
Contribute to continuous improvement of cleanroom operations and documentation

What You Bring

Several years of experience working with:
- Cleanrooms
- HVAC systems
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing or other GMP-regulated industries
Strong knowledge of:
- GMP
- ISO standards for cleanrooms
- Pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
Experience with:
- Cleanroom Qualification
- Validation
- IQ/OQ protocols
- Deviation Management
- Change Control
- Technical Documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent documentation and quality management skills
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
