Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Requirements Lead / Requirements Analyst
What You Will Work On
- Lead and perform requirements analysis for a strategic CRM/Marketing Automation initiative.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and information requirements from multiple business units.
- Define information scope, business use cases, and information flows.
- Document information requirements that support both business stakeholders and information architects.
- Prepare information assets for future CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
- Work both:
- Bottom-up from business needs.
- Top-down from target architecture, market strategy, and best practices.
- Ensure traceability between business requirements, information models, and future system capabilities.
- Support information architects in mapping business needs to existing and future data structures.
- Collaborate with:
- Information Supply Stream Leads
- Business stakeholders
- Information Architects
- Information Modelers
- Ensure consistent documentation and requirement management throughout the initiative.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Requirements Lead.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Requirements Analyst focusing on information management/information supply.
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing requirements analysis within the banking and insurance sector.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with CRM-related requirements.
- Strong experience eliciting and documenting complex business and information requirements.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and IT.
- Experience creating:
- Business requirements
- Information requirements
- Use cases
- Functional documentation
- Experience ensuring requirement traceability.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
