Assignment Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Analyst / Business Analyst
What You Will Work On
- Collaborate closely with business and IT to ensure high data quality within the enterprise data warehouse.
- Support and educate users on standard Power BI reports, underlying information supply, and related systems.
- Analyze incoming business questions, incidents, and support requests to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Coordinate activities with operations and development partners.
- Plan, execute, and support testing activities.
- Drive continuous improvements and decommissioning initiatives where appropriate.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting solutions.
- Contribute to improving reporting, analytics, and decision-support capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience working with data warehouse analysis models.
- Experience working with enterprise decision support (Business Intelligence) solutions across multiple business areas.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI Report Server (on-premises) for reporting and analysis.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical and analytical solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data quality.
- Experience providing user support and business training.
- Experience planning and executing testing activities.
- Ability to work independently in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience performing business analysis within the banking and insurance sector, particularly related to customer engagement.
