Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager – Digitalization & IT
What You Will Work On
- Act as the primary bridge between business and IT organizations
- Ensure successful delivery of Digitalization & IT services within budget and priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions for development and operations
- Add IT security and compliance requirements to business initiatives
- Plan and coordinate IT development, operations, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with overall IT architecture
- Manage strategic, tactical, and operational dialogue with IT suppliers
- Drive continuous improvement and identify new digitalization opportunities
- Monitor technology trends including AI, automation, and digital innovation
- Support service owners with business cases, cost analysis, impacts, and technical recommendations
- Contribute to prioritization across multiple service areas
- Ensure IT solutions support business objectives and regulatory requirements
What you bring
- University degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar IT Delivery Manager or Digitalization leadership role
- Strong technical understanding combined with business knowledge
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with IT development, application management, and IT operations
- Knowledge of IT governance, IT service management, and delivery management
- Strong understanding of IT and information security
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and suppliers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience driving digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of AI technologies and practical business applications
- Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on when required
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
