Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Program Lead / Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Lead a complex leasing platform migration from planning to production
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate governance activities, steering committee meetings, reporting, and decision tracking
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and external development teams
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate solution design discussions with architects and technical experts
- Support architecture decisions and technical planning
- Manage project risks, issues, escalations, and dependencies
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and production readiness
- Plan and oversee data migration, system integrations, and cutover activities
- Ensure clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Deliver projects with controlled risks, strong governance, and minimal business disruption
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex IT implementation or migration projects
- Proven experience leading platform migration or digital transformation programs
- Strong experience in project planning, governance, budgeting, and delivery management
- Experience managing risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
- Strong understanding of business process analysis
- Technical understanding of system integrations and API-based architectures
- Ability to understand technical documentation and solution designs
- Experience with software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience coordinating external software vendors and distributed development teams
- Good understanding of data migration principles and migration risks
- Ability to participate in technical discussions and challenge solution proposals when appropriate
- Experience from regulated industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Leasing, or similar is highly desirable
- Experience with leasing systems, financial platform migrations, portfolio transformation, vendor management, regulatory compliance, or data migration projects is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical, planning, negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments without direct authority
