Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Participate in the customer’s transformation journey, contributing to an exciting build-up and development phase.
- Collaborate with and support internal stakeholders in adopting and refining agile development practices.
- Set up and lead agile meetings, ensuring effective communication and documentation of progress and working methods.
- Create conditions for development/management teams and the organization to achieve their goals.
- Support development teams, leaders, and managers in aligning with the client’s agile methods.
- Manage and enhance the collaboration between operations and IT.
- Lead, train, and coach managers, leaders, and teams in implementing and advancing the client’s agile development model.
- Actively contribute to the implementation and customization of Jira to support agile workflows.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant disciplines or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive experience in change management and transforming waterfall projects into agile projects.
- Strong understanding of IT and IT infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including adapting these tools to support agile methodologies.
- At least 5-10 years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role.
- Ability to take a holistic view, make quick and informed decisions, and lead with inspiration.
- Excellent pedagogical and communication skills, with the ability to work in a structured and analytical manner.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in the banking or financial industry related to payments or from the IT consulting industry is highly valued.
