Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Production Technician / Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Serve as the key point of contact between production teams, technical experts, and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project.
- Lead the investment project for new production equipment, helping to build a state-of-the-art production line from the ground up.
- Differentiate between essential and desirable features for the production equipment, ensuring that project specifications align with both the customer’s needs and project goals.
- Address the unique challenges posed by radioactive contamination, applying innovative solutions to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Act as a representative for AFRY, showcasing our expertise and maintaining strong relationships with the customer, thereby securing continued involvement in future projects.
- After the initial integration period, you will have the flexibility to work remotely two days a week.
What You Bring:
- Proven track record in leading investment projects within production environments, particularly with a focus on production equipment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical processing and the ability to absorb and synthesize information from multiple sources, ensuring comprehensive project oversight.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate team members, along with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to prioritize tasks and take initiative when needed.
- Comfort working on multiple parallel tasks in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and precision in all interactions.
