Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Field Engineer CSA(Civil/Structural/Architectural) to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

Organize and lead Field Engineer activities within the CSA discipline, ensuring all tasks align with client requirements, project scope, budget, and timelines.
Provide technical support to the construction team by addressing and resolving site queries effectively.
Follow up on actions approved by the Supervisor, handling minor design issues and implementing necessary changes in the field.
Collaborate with the Supervisor to resolve major design challenges, ensuring practical and effective solutions are implemented.
Obtain necessary approvals from relevant engineering disciplines for proposed design changes, ensuring they meet project specifications.
Assist with Punch walkdowns to verify that all project components comply with quality and safety standards.

What You Bring:

A B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent qualification, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in similar projects, with a deep understanding of the challenges encountered in CSA field engineering.
Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing both minor and major design issues on-site.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective coordination between the Engineering and Construction teams.
Authorization to address and resolve site queries, ensuring the project stays on track.
Proficiency in English, sufficient for all communication needs within the assignment.
