Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – EUDR Solutions Implementation to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the implementation of EUDR solutions, balancing short-term regulatory compliance with long-term strategic goals.
- Manage resources and oversee changes to existing processes and systems to align with EUDR requirements.
- Identify, develop, and implement new business processes in collaboration with internal business units.
- Coordinate efforts with internal teams, external service managers, and suppliers to integrate EUDR solutions with broader organizational initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related activities, providing regular updates to senior management and steering committees.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, external partners, and technical and business teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
What you bring:
- Proven experience managing and leading business and IT development projects with a strong focus on process and solution implementation.
- Expertise in working with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, technical staff, and business units, while managing expectations and ensuring project alignment.
- Strong capability to conduct steering committee meetings, handle project deviations, and navigate complex project landscapes.
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and the challenges related to their integration.
- A minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in regulatory compliance and sustainability initiatives.
- Background in leading regulatory and sustainability-driven projects within the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across teams.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and business audiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a strategic, high-level view.
- Pragmatic and solutions-focused approach to managing technical and project challenges.
