Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Facility Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead and participate in security initiatives to ensure compliance with EU Competition Law directives.
  • Support non-product investment processes by coordinating test facility needs.
  • Map, prioritize, and implement improvements related to Cost, Attractiveness, and Sustainability (CAS) within our test and workshop facilities.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Address and resolve test facility-related issues while controlling implemented measures and improvements.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting related to test facility operations.

What you bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Economics and Management, Economics and Production Technology, or a related field.
  • Knowledge and experience in large test operations, manufacturing, facility management, finance, or audit.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders within large organizations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure, document, and implement changes effectively.
  • Fluency in English and Swedish to facilitate communication across teams and partners.
