Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Tester to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and manage activities in alignment with the project’s test strategy.
Plan and execute comprehensive testing efforts, with a focus on integration and user acceptance testing.
Oversee testing of non-functional requirements when necessary.
Support and coach other testers, including business stakeholders, during test case development and execution.
Report test status and progress to the test manager.
Manage defects, including reporting, tracking, and coordinating retests.

What you bring:

10+ years of experience in software testing, with proven expertise as a senior tester or test lead.
5+ years of experience in the banking and finance sector.
Strong experience with testing in transformation programs/projects.
Expertise in testing migrated production data.
Proven ability to work with teams and vendors operating primarily in remote settings.
Experience in multi-cultural organizations and the ability to navigate diverse team dynamics.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Prior experience working with BaNCS.
