Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Contribute to the development and testing of the HVAC system for an automotive client in Södertälje.
Design and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the performance, reliability, and safety of HVAC systems.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
Collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to align testing processes with project goals and timelines.
Ensure all testing follows industry standards and best practices, delivering high-quality results that meet project requirements.
Work within a dynamic automotive environment where your expertise will drive continuous improvement and innovation.

What you bring:

Several years of experience in automotive testing, with a strong focus on HVAC systems.
Prior experience working with automotive clients, with specific experience at this client being highly valued.
Strong ability to develop and execute test strategies, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable feedback.
Deep understanding of automotive testing protocols, standards, and quality assurance processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate technical details clearly in both written and spoken form.
