Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead the design and development of sub-components for various projects within existing instrument development
  • Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Manage product maintenance processes, including change orders, for existing products and oversee coordination with subcontractors
  • Create and review manufacturing documents for both instrument development and change management

What you bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, with expertise in the relevant areas of responsibility
  • Proficiency in working with CREO software
  • Experience in the life science or MedTech industry is highly meritorious, including knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • A proactive and structured approach, with a strong ability to take initiative while maintaining effective collaboration
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
