Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Developer Experience (DevEx) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using systems like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Build and enhance developer tools, including CLI tools, scripts, and automation for repetitive tasks.
- Troubleshoot and support developers with local environments, CI/CD automation, and other technical challenges.
- Coordinate and perform framework upgrades to keep the technology stack up to date.
- Identify and resolve developer pain points to improve overall Developer Experience (DevEx).
- Experiment with new technologies through prototype development.
- Refactor and improve existing functionality while maintaining current implementation requirements.
- Manage build and artifact systems such as Gradle, NPM, and Cocoapods.
- Implement observability, monitoring, and logging using tools like Grafana.
- Work with mono repositories (e.g., NX) and ensure smooth product scaling.
- Collaborate on API design, Node.js backend development, and cloud solutions with AWS or other providers.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in other scripting languages like Python or Ruby being a plus.
- Strong experience with CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and build tools (Gradle, NPM, Cocoapods).
- Solid understanding of Node.js, React, and API design.
- Familiarity with Docker, Linux environments (Bash), and working in terminal-based workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or other providers.
- Knowledge of mono repositories and frameworks like NX.
- Hands-on experience with observability tools like Grafana.
