Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Agile Project Manager for SAP Cloud Migration to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Planning and Leadership
- Develop and clearly communicate goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for the migration project.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of trust, transparency, and agility.
- Apply scaled agile methodologies (SAFe) to ensure alignment with agile principles and practices across teams.
- Migration of SAP to Azure Cloud
- Oversee and drive the SAP system migration to the Azure Cloud, ensuring seamless execution.
- Strengthen collaboration between the internal team and external suppliers to achieve migration goals.
- Procurement and Supplier Support
- Contribute to the procurement process to identify and engage migration and operational partners.
- Participate in setting KPIs and targets for procurement to secure effective partnerships.
- Introduction of Services and Processes
- Lead the introduction of new IT services, platforms, and processes to support future operations.
- Ensure a smooth transition to the new operational model within the cloud environment.
- Stakeholder Management
- Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders to align on objectives and ensure transparency.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in migrating critical business systems to Azure or similar cloud platforms.
- Strong background in procurement and supplier management for IT projects.
- Extensive project management experience in IT, with expertise in infrastructure, operations, and cloud solutions.
- Deep understanding of IT operations and processes in cloud environments.
- Demonstrated leadership and change management abilities within agile IT teams, with experience in scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe.
- Experience as a Scrum Master and familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong communication skills.
