Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Manage the product backlog, defining and prioritizing tasks to maximize product value.
  • Coordinate with system users and stakeholders to align features, requirements, and improvements with development objectives.
  • Facilitate and obtain feedback on ongoing work to ensure continuous alignment with user needs and priorities.
  • Contribute to the product’s overall vision and goals as part of a dedicated product management team.
  • Support the development team in delivering high-quality outcomes in line with lean-agile principles.

What you bring:

  • Post-secondary education in Data/IT or equivalent experience as evaluated by the client.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading and motivating development teams.
  • At least one (1) year of experience working with agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Swedish, with strong communication skills in both speech and writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge or experience in e-health.
  • At least one (1) year of experience working within the SAFe framework.
  • Experience in project work within a government agency.
