Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior OMS Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the project to replace the existing order management system with a modern, state-of-the-art solution, supporting nearly 400 pharmacies and e-commerce operations.
- Coordinate and manage both internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Align the project with the overarching program plans, ensuring smooth integration with other initiatives.
- Ensure proper resource allocation, making sure the right expertise is available at the right stages of the project.
- Manage the project within the approved budget, closely tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee preparations for launch, including testing and pilot implementation, ensuring all steps are ready for a smooth go-live.
- Ensure proper handover and documentation to internal teams and stakeholders.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in successfully leading large-scale IT projects and system implementations in complex environments.
- Solid understanding of order management systems within retail and unified commerce.
- Strong ability to communicate and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including business teams, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships across IT and business functions.
- Highly organized and methodical, with the ability to manage and lead complex projects effectively.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English.
- Experience in regulated industries, order management, or e-commerce is a plus.
