Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator, PMO to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Coordinate program activities, ensuring alignment with milestones and deliverables to drive program success.
- Facilitate collaboration across multiple teams, fostering effective communication and cooperation.
- Organize and lead joint program meetings with the program lead, maintaining clear action plans and schedules.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including budgets, schedules, and action plans.
- Manage the onboarding process for new program members to ensure smooth integration.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations for key stakeholders, including the Steering Committee, Executive Board, and People & Culture Management.
- Collect, analyze, and organize data and insights to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure the timely delivery of updates and materials for strategic meetings and workshops.
What You Bring:
- A BSc/MSc in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both oral and written.
- Proven experience in project coordination, particularly within large-scale organizational change programs.
- Expertise in creating polished, executive-level presentations and materials using PowerPoint, Excel, and Thinkcell.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving program needs.
- A clear understanding of strategic goals in a global organizational context, with the ability to align program efforts accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and align diverse stakeholders effectively.
