Job Description
Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Power Hardware Design Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Designing and developing analog and digital power hardware, including DC-DC converters, to meet project specifications.
- Creating and reviewing schematics and layout designs using industry-standard PCB design tools such as Cadence and Mentor Graphics.
- Conducting simulations of power converters and power systems to validate designs and optimize performance.
- Working in a laboratory environment, utilizing instruments and advanced measurement techniques for testing and validating hardware designs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of power hardware into larger systems.
What you bring:
- A BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Power Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in analog and digital power hardware design, including DC-DC converters.
- Proficiency in schematic and layout design using PCB design tools such as Cadence or Mentor Graphics.
- Hands-on experience working in laboratory environments, with expertise in using instruments and applying measurement techniques.
- Strong knowledge of power converter and power system simulation methodologies.
