Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Manager/Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Coordinate and enforce adherence to global policies through effective lifecycle management of systems.
- Lead efforts to identify and analyze risks and vulnerabilities, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with technical experts to understand risks, assess potential impacts, and address challenges such as fraud attempts.
- Conduct and manage risk analyses and impact assessments, ensuring proper documentation and actionable follow-ups.
- Oversee the implementation, monitoring, and alignment of organizational policies.
- Configure and manage system permissions to maintain secure and compliant operations.
- Administer the team’s applications within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Address non-functional requirements related to security, availability, and performance.
- Serve as a key coordinator between multiple teams and stakeholders to align objectives and drive project success.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in coordination roles, with the ability to work independently and maintain a structured approach.
- Strong initiative, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
- Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Experience working closely with technical teams, with the ability to understand and evaluate technical risk analyses.
- Strategic thinking with the capability to identify overarching goals and guide teams toward achieving them.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at fostering collaboration among diverse groups.
- Proficiency with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Teams.
- Effective communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written.
