Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Manage the implementation of a SOC and SIEM solution to enhance IT security.
- Lead the migration of Microsoft servers, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and core operations, to align project goals with organizational needs.
- Plan, execute, and follow up on project deliverables, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality parameters.
- Drive efficient, structured project management to achieve measurable results.
- Address operational and infrastructure-related challenges while implementing security solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across various roles and levels within the organization.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in implementing security solutions within IT projects.
- Strong project management expertise in IT operations and infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and roles.
- Experience in planning, execution, and follow-up of complex IT projects.
- A structured and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
- (Preferred) Experience in managing SOC and SIEM implementation projects.
- (Preferred) Experience in leading Microsoft platform migration projects.
- (Preferred) Familiarity with project management within public organizations.
- (Preferred) Knowledge of PPS project management methodology.
