Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – IT Operation & Infrastructure to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and manage IT security projects, including the establishment of SOC and SIEM systems.
- Drive the Microsoft server migration project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT security and operational requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, bridging technical and non-technical roles.
- Develop and implement structured project plans, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct follow-ups and take proactive initiatives to ensure the timely and quality delivery of project goals.
- Address operational and infrastructure-related challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
- Facilitate collaboration between IT teams and core operations to align on IT security priorities.
What you bring:
- Over 10 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on IT operations and infrastructure.
- Proven expertise in implementing IT security solutions, including SOC and SIEM systems.
- Demonstrated experience in managing migration projects within Microsoft platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices in operational and infrastructure contexts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across different roles and organizational levels.
- Experience in managing IT projects within public sector organizations.
- Familiarity with using PPS (Practical Project Steering) methodology for project management.
- A structured, proactive, and results-driven approach to project leadership.
- Ability to balance responsiveness to organizational needs with the drive to meet project objectives efficiently.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
