Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Architect – SAP S/4HANA (O2C & SD Focus) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Represent Sales & Marketing, along with the Order-to-Delivery (O2D) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, within the Industrial ERP Backbone (IEB) Program.
- Ensure adherence to business objectives and target architecture, guiding design decisions to align with strategic goals.
- Drive process efficiency, scalability, and compliance with industry best practices and standards.
- Support Business Process Owners (BPOs) in establishing and documenting global processes and templates.
- Identify and implement business changes necessary for alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with program teams, including other process streams and the Service Integrator, to support program deliverables.
- Manage program-related activities such as facilitating change management and handling change requests within the O2C stream.
What you bring:
- Proven expertise with SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on O2C and the SD module.
- Demonstrated project management skills and experience in business architecture.
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes in sales, delivery, and invoicing.
- Experience in global, complex programs with multi-functional team collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with documenting processes using Aris is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); fluency or proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.
- Previous experience with SAP Vehicle Management System, Variant Configurator, or Variant Pricing is meritorious.
