Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Coordinate tasks within projects aimed at developing the next generation of heavy vehicles.
  • Organize and lead efficient meetings with clear agendas, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, resolving challenges and achieving defined goals.
  • Contribute to the seamless execution of product development initiatives by maintaining meticulous and methodical workflows.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders from various disciplines.

What you bring:

  • A degree in engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in project management or coordination roles.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a proven ability to translate challenges into actionable goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanor.
  • Experience conducting efficient meetings and managing follow-ups to ensure progress.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical and structured approach to tasks.
  • Previous experience working with heavy vehicles, providing insight into relevant product development processes.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
