Senior Process Engineer – 11148

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Conduct design reviews of functional requirements specifications to ensure process requirements are implemented in new control systems.
Review and understand process technical documentation to ensure alignment with manufacturing needs.
Act as a process technical representative during software Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
Provide process technical support to the validation team during commissioning, qualification, and validation phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address various issues related to pharmaceutical manufacturing.

What you bring:

A technical or natural sciences university education with a focus on chemistry.
Extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with a strong understanding of GMP requirements.
Proven experience as a process engineer in automation projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Strong ability to convey knowledge, lead cross-functional groups, and drive progress.
A proactive, outgoing approach that thrives in fast-paced, change-driven environments with increasing digitization.

Desirable qualifications:

Experience with qualification, validation, and improvement work in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Familiarity with GMP, LEAN principles, and process improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of hardware and software for production follow-up and digitization initiatives.
