Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the implementation of a Security Operations Center (SOC) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system to enhance IT security capabilities.
- Manage a Microsoft server migration project, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and core operations to align project deliverables with organizational goals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Drive structured and solution-oriented approaches to address operational and infrastructure-related challenges.
- Communicate effectively with various organizational roles, providing updates, insights, and actionable plans.
- Work within a program structure that includes multiple IT projects, incorporating elements of business development and implementation.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in implementing IT security solutions, including SOC and SIEM systems.
- Strong project management expertise in IT operations and infrastructure, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Experience managing migration projects within Microsoft platforms.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks, particularly PPS (Practical Project Steering).
- Demonstrated ability to manage assignments within public sector organizations.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- A structured, proactive, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to balance responsiveness and leadership.
- Fluent in English and Swedish.
