Senior Attribute Leader within Durability - 11174

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Attribute Leader within Durability to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Collaborating with other Attribute Leaders, CAE engineers, test engineers, and design engineers to ensure a balanced vehicle performance.
Ensuring the final product meets market and technical specifications, as well as user needs and expectations.
Defining, communicating, and following up on requirements and guidelines related to durability attributes.
Balancing requirements and guidelines to set the overall performance for the vehicle.
Managing target setting, benchmarking, and aligning design activities with Strength & Endurance targets.
Interfacing with CAE and design stakeholders to ensure alignment with durability goals.
Conducting root cause analysis during verification phases, both CAE and test driven.

What you bring:

Extensive experience in the durability field, including target setting, benchmarking, and ensuring design activities align with Strength & Endurance targets.
Proven experience in the role of Durability Attribute Leader in the automotive industry.
Strong expertise in root cause analysis during verification phases, with both CAE and test-driven approaches.
A background as a test engineer or CAE engineer within the durability field.
Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and take on a high level of responsibility.
Strong communication skills, with a preference for sharing results and findings with design and attribute engineers.
Eagerness to learn and collaborate with peers.
