Job Description
Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior System Manager (Administrative Manager) to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Manage system administration for Finance and HR areas, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Oversee operations, maintenance, and development of financial and HR systems, with a focus on IFS and Heroma.
- Lead system management projects, including budget and resource management, and follow-up on management activities.
- Apply the PM3 model (or equivalent) to system management, ensuring effective prioritization, dialogue with stakeholders, and adherence to management principles.
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical solutions into business-relevant terms.
- Ensure compliance with public procurement regulations, including LOU (The Public Procurement Act).
- Analyze and solve complex problems related to system management and business adaptation.
- Lead change management efforts to support users through system and process changes.
What you bring:
- Swedish citizenship (required for security clearance).
- Documented experience in system management, prioritization, and business dialogue.
- At least 3 years of experience managing finance and HR systems, preferably IFS and/or Heroma.
- Proven ability to lead system management projects, manage budgets, and address resource issues.
- Strong knowledge of integration, database management, and security aspects related to finance and HR systems.
- Documented knowledge of public procurement processes, including laws and regulations such as LOU.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Certification in PM3: Meritorious to demonstrate in-depth understanding of the methodology.
- Understanding of business processes in Finance and HR: Advantageous for system optimization.
- Proven ability to lead and support users through system and process changes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt systems to business needs.
