Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Plan, execute, and deliver software projects within the automotive digital and infotainment sectors, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with technical teams, product development, and engineering to drive seamless project execution and strategic alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks while proactively managing issues to maintain project milestones and prevent disruptions.
• Monitor project performance against defined KPIs, implementing corrective measures as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
• Prepare and present detailed project updates and reports to C-level executives, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.

What you bring:

• Over 10 years of proven experience leading software delivery projects, with a focus on automotive software, digital, or infotainment sectors.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to solve problems and deliver results.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and communicating effectively with C-level executives.
• Expertise in embedded systems, IoT, HMI development, automotive infotainment platforms, cloud services, cloud integrations, data privacy, Agile development, and DevOps.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in AI or GPT-related domains.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python, with experience in tools like Git, Jenkins, and Docker.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, embedded systems, and automotive software.
• At least 7 years of experience as a software developer and 3 years as a Software Product Owner.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Hands-on experience in AI development, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI or software products (preferred).
• Passion for AI and knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure (preferred).
• Proficiency in Python, R, and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn (preferred).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, version control systems, and CI/CD processes (preferred).
