Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
- Formulating competitive bids, estimates, and quotes for product tenders, frame agreements, and service contracts in collaboration with Area Sales Managers and Key Account Managers.
- Preparing detailed cost calculations and managing the opportunities pipeline to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Addressing customer commercial requests with high quality, precision, and timeliness.
- Analyzing customer needs and competitor offerings using market insights and sales data.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to understand their business drivers and identify opportunities.
- Reviewing and approving pricing and margins for quotations while identifying and mitigating potential risks in bids, contracts, and agreements.
- Creating added value for customers and the company by ensuring a cohesive and coordinated sales approach.
- Coordinating customer activities at the factory, including Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), audits, and homologation processes.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in sales support, bid preparation, or a related role, ideally within the energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess customer needs and competitor positioning.
- Expertise in cost calculation and pipeline management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating factory-related customer activities such as FAT and audits.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies for bids, contracts, and agreements.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality work and contributing to team success.
