Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Collaborate closely with Product Management to align with strategic initiatives and contribute to delivering products that support the Bank’s objectives.
• Drive product development by building end-to-end solutions with a dedicated team of engineers and designers.
• Serve as the Product Owner within an agile team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the team backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and define user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment with the team.
• Own and communicate the Product Vision and Product Roadmap to the agile team, ensuring alignment on objectives.
• Use rapid cycles to iterate, learn, and continuously improve the product.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to drive product success.
• Identify and address pain points and problems in a timely manner, ensuring smooth product delivery.
• Manage and define the scope and priorities of the agile team’s backlog in JIRA.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and other Product Owners to contribute to the program scope.
• Define sprint goals and work with the team to create the sprint backlog.
• Review and accept delivered user stories, ensuring they meet acceptance criteria.
• Co-define the Definition of Done with the agile team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Interact with third parties for technical integrations and provide ongoing support.
• Prioritize bug fixes and manage competing demands.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Prepare for PI Planning from a team perspective, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
• Track progress during ongoing PI Planning, focusing on scope management.

What you bring:

• Strong technical leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with facilitation experience.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Experience working with ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of banking domain and related processes.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within the financial services industry.
• Solid understanding of agile frameworks, with SAFe experience preferred.
