Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Leader to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead problem-solving teams to identify deviations, determine root causes, and develop and implement solutions.
Manage projects involving both embedded software and hardware for powertrain systems.
Ensure on-time delivery of solutions with the right quality, adhering to project timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and strategies.
Maintain a structured and holistic approach to project management while paying attention to details.
Adapt to changing circumstances and manage uncertainty with resilience.

What you bring:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Design, or related fields) or equivalent experience in software development, product development, production, or purchasing.
Proven experience as a project leader or extensive experience in powertrain R&D and/or embedded software development.
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
A structured and detail-oriented mindset, capable of handling stressful situations and guiding teams towards goals.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
Knowledge of powertrain control systems and electrical or embedded systems in vehicles is highly desirable.
A C/CE driver’s license is a merit.
