Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Plan and execute projects in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Align project activities with the overarching program roadmap.
Ensure appropriate resource allocation at the right levels.
Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring adherence to the established budget.
Identify, assess, and proactively manage potential project risks.
Prepare for launch activities, including testing and pilot implementation.
Oversee project handover and documentation for internal teams and relevant functions.

What you bring:

Proven track record in successfully managing IT and system implementation projects in large-scale environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to facilitate effective communication between business, technical teams, and suppliers.
Analytical expertise and a solid understanding of retail in a unified commerce environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders across IT and business domains.
Structured and methodical approach to managing complex projects.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in regulatory environments, inventory management, or retail systems is a plus.
