Senior Engineering Manager - 11328

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Implement and monitor agile methodologies within projects to ensure flexibility and adaptability to change.
Establish and maintain routines and standards for high development quality, including code reviews and testing.
Integrate security aspects into the entire development process as part of a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC).
Act as a bridge between technical teams and other parts of the operations and development organization.
Lead and coordinate projects involving design, implementation, and maintenance within the assigned technical domain.
Support development teams in following established guidelines and best practices, offering training and assistance as needed.
Promote knowledge sharing and coaching within the team to enhance technical expertise.

What you bring:

Specific skills and experience:

Expert knowledge in the assigned technical domain with 10+ years of experience.
In-depth understanding of security within the technical domain.
Proven leadership experience and familiarity with modern agile methodologies in DevOps or matrix organizations.
