Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Equipment Acceptance Support to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders to ensure timely equipment acceptance.
- Support the team in reviewing and processing technical documentation for equipment and components.
- Ensure equipment and components meet relevant directives and standards for incorporation into the ESS facility.
- Work closely with internal clients to resolve issues and ensure smooth progress of equipment acceptance activities.
- Support the project team in maintaining a structured approach to the equipment acceptance process.
- Monitor and follow up on activities to ensure they stay on track under tight timelines.
- Balance rigor with an open-minded and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
What you bring:
- Educational background in a relevant field (engineering, project management, etc.).
- Experience in coordinating activities or managing small projects.
- Familiarity with technical documentation and supporting QC/QA activities.
- Understanding of CE marking or relevant standards.
- Experience with electrical systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently when needed.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with internal clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Conscientiousness and a focus on achieving satisfactory outcomes in a timely manner.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on progress.
