Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Antenna Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Manage antenna projects or sub-projects, including customer interactions, requirements fulfillment, time planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and document technical procedures, specifications, reports, and presentations in both Swedish and English.
  • Design RF components, including antennas, with a focus on performance and innovation.
  • Analyze and evaluate antenna performance, including antenna diagrams and S-parameters.
  • Conduct measurements and assessments of antenna functionality to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in and present findings during customer meetings.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics.
  • Proven experience in project management or sub-project management, particularly in technical projects.
  • Expertise in antenna construction and RF design.
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
  • Proficiency in Matlab and MS Office tools.
  • Hands-on experience with programming tools such as HFSS or CST.
  • A passion for technology and space-related innovations.

Meriting skills:

  • Knowledge in PIM, Multipaction, ESD, and EMC.
