Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress and key milestones.
Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues that may impact project outcomes.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear progress reports to management.
Ensure adherence to company guidelines, standards, and best practices throughout project execution.

What you bring:

Relevant education in project management, engineering, business, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering projects.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Meriting:

Experience working with SAP and Teamcenter.
Background in a similar industry, such as the welding industry or component manufacturing for aerospace or gas turbines.
Training or experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or flow optimization methodologies.
