Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior HVAC Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and contribute to HVAC projects within an international environment
Design and calculate HVAC systems, ensuring efficient heat transfer and cooling solutions
Collaborate with global colleagues to develop and optimize HVAC designs
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordination between stakeholders
Travel internationally for short periods a few times per year to support project execution
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices

What you bring:

Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, with strong expertise in calculation and design
Knowledge of heat transfer and cooling systems (preferred but not required)
Experience in project management within technical environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Structured and detail-oriented with excellent administrative competence
Business-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Experience in international and technical projects is an advantage
