Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager – BESS Project to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Manage technical aspects of the BESS project, focusing on EMS, PPC, and HV/MV substations
  • Oversee supplier coordination and ensure compliance with project specifications and grid requirements
  • Lead technical discussions and decision-making to optimize system integration and performance
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including grid operators and engineering specialists, to drive project success

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in high voltage (HV/MV) projects
  • Strong background in EMS and PPC within energy storage or power generation
  • Ability to manage and coordinate suppliers and contractors in large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Experience in wind power connections is a strong plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and technical decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English; Finnish language skills are a plus
