Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and drive the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation project at AFRY’s customer in Uppsala, serving as the sub-project manager and change manager.
- Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders and facilitate smooth information flow.
- Take ownership of detailed planning for the sub-project and ensure activities are completed on schedule.
- Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure seamless MES implementation across the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to the project schedule and meet all deadlines.
- Identify and analyze organizational change needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Delegate tasks, track progress, and ensure alignment within the sub-project team.
- Report project outcomes and manage necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
- Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and motivating the team to maintain high performance and commitment.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager/Lead Engineer in manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on driving change initiatives and leading teams through transformation.
- Deep understanding of organizational culture and the ability to influence it positively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and find effective solutions.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently while taking an educational and coaching approach.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies and GxP is an asset.
