Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior CQV Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Ensuring that process equipment procured for the project meets regulatory requirements and is fit for purpose for the manufacturing process.
Delivering a fully functional machine line from a startup perspective, ensuring smooth transition of the lines to the owner.
Reviewing and updating the CQV plan to guarantee all equipment included in the plan is suitable for the manufacturing process.
Reviewing RTM and performed SATs to develop strategies for leveraging commissioning testing in further qualification stages.
Reviewing and finalizing IQ/OQ protocols.
Ensuring equipment integration and communication as a system, as required.

What you bring:

Proven experience in commissioning and qualification (CQV) for upstream manufacturing process equipment.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ensuring equipment meets these standards.
Experience in reviewing and updating CQV plans to ensure equipment suitability.
Knowledge of RTM, SAT, and qualification testing processes.
Ability to ensure seamless system integration and functionality of equipment.
Strong documentation skills for IQ/OQ protocols and related tasks.
