Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior R&D Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Manage and drive the tech transfer process in R&D projects, ensuring efficient scaling and implementation of new products.
- Lead projects involving packaging and manufacturing parts, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Oversee process validation, ensuring all steps meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Implement new products and manage their transition to manufacturing.
- Work closely with global teams and manage global projects in the Life Science sector.
- Navigate regulatory processes related to Reg CMC when implementing new products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP-controlled operations in the development process.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.
What you bring:
- Academic technical education with relevant knowledge in Life Science.
- A high degree of business acumen, with a structured, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
- Preferably certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
- Experience in working in a global environment and managing global projects.
- Experience in scaling up new products and process validation.
- Knowledge of regulatory processes related to Reg CMC and new product implementation.
- Hands-on experience in a GMP-controlled operation.
