Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Lead Back End Developer  to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

  • Architect, develop, and maintain a high-performance back end.
  • Build APIs to support external integrations and front-end functionality.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and database processes.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system reliability using modern tools.
  • Lead technical decisions and establish best practices.
  • Stay updated on trends in AI automation, back-end technologies, and system architecture.

What You Bring

  • Senior-level experience in back-end development with Node.js, TypeScript, and Fastify.
  • Fluency in Swedish.
  • Experience with React and Next.js.
  • Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL databases.
  • Experience integrating AI automation into products.
  • Ability to lead and take ownership of back-end development.
  • DevOps experience, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with Docker.
