Job Description

Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Radiophysicist – Nuclear Power Industry to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Conduct radiochemical analyses for material testing and process analysis results.
  • Develop methods for radiochemical measurements of material samples.
  • Write technical instructions and reports related to radiological assessments.
  • Participate in commissioning, calibration, and control of new analytical instruments.
  • Collaborate with experts across multiple disciplines in a dynamic work environment.

What you bring:

  • University degree in Chemistry, Radiophysics, Hospital Physics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of radiological measurement technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle complex technical challenges.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with gamma spectroscopic measurements is meriting.
  • Familiarity with software for gamma measurements (GammaVision, Angle, Lwis, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Previous experience working in a nuclear facility is highly valued.
  • B driver’s license, as travel is a natural part of the job.
