Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Interim Team Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

Lead and motivate a team of 10+ engineers, ensuring quality and project delivery.
Coach and support team members while fostering competence development in Control & Protection.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, work environment regulations, and internal guidelines.
Drive continuous improvement of settlement processes in collaboration with other engineering teams.
Oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with global resources and organizational goals.
Plan personnel development to expand and disseminate technical know-how.
Participate in Control & Protection function teams and contribute to cost center budgeting.

What you bring:

Strong leadership skills with a flexible and communicative approach.
Experience coaching and developing teams, fostering collaboration locally and globally.
University degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Experience in Substation Automation, particularly Control & Protection, is a plus.
Previous leadership experience as a Team Leader or Project Manager is advantageous.
Proven ability to manage and facilitate change.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
