Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT/OT Information Security Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead and manage the company’s OT/IT and information security initiatives.
- Design, develop, and implement governing documents for IT and information security.
- Provide training, guidance, and ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Participate in risk and vulnerability analyses, disaster recovery planning, and continuity planning.
- Assess existing technology architecture for vulnerabilities and propose improvement measures.
- Monitor and review OT/IT and information security measures continuously.
- Set clear security requirements and contribute to project designs related to OT/IT and information security.
- Review agreements, products, services, and suppliers from an OT/IT and information security perspective.
- Keep abreast of developments in IT and information security and the evolving threat landscape.
- Participate in OT and IT architecture councils as a security architect.
- Coordinate security review activities (audits) and manage communication with authorities.
- Act as a major incident manager during critical security incidents.
What you bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT information security.
- Proven experience working in outsourced OT/IT environments, collaborating with suppliers and vendors.
- Strong documentation, communication, and educational skills.
- Familiarity with security standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate emerging cybersecurity threats.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
- Experience working in large projects.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Leadership, goal-oriented mindset, and result-driven approach.
- Exceptional collaboration and integrity skills with a high level of analytical capability.
